Refund policy

Unfortunately we do not allow refunds, returns or exchanges. All purchases here on our store are final. Should you have issues with your order, such as receiving an incorrect order, incorrect size or if your items were damaged in transit please contact us at info@limitedrunshop.co.za. Any queries regarding orders must be made within 2 business days of receiving the item and must include a detailed description of the issue, concern or fault. Limited Run verification tags that are attached to all our items must not be removed. If they are unattached, the items will not qualify for a return, exchange or refund despite the fault (this includes damage in transit). Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer and shipping costs of the item are non-refundable.
